Wendy
As a physical therapist, I have been working in various settings, including hospitals, sports fields, and long-term care units, helping patients recover and return to a healthy state. This profession allows me to guide patients in overcoming pain and restoring their normal lives. However, I noticed that after some time, many patients would return seeking treatment again. A large part of the reason is the lack of consistent exercise and poor posture maintenance.
This led me to study Pilates and integrate it into my treatments. I now emphasize to everyone that regular exercise is crucial for maintaining muscle and skeletal balance. Keeping up with a consistent workout routine is the key to health. Pain should not be a reason to stop exercising—by adjusting exercises according to the body’s condition, everyone can engage in comfortable and effective movement.
