I have been in the Pilates field for over 10 years. After overcoming scoliosis pain and experiencing the benefits of Pilates firsthand, I realized how much it helps the body and decided to share this with my family and friends, helping them live pain-free. Pilates not only helps alleviate pain but, more importantly, it teaches us to take care of our bodies while we’re healthy. By strengthening our core muscles, we can protect ourselves.
Through regular Pilates classes, I hope everyone can gradually improve posture-related pain issues, achieve better posture, and ultimately live a happier and healthier life.
