During my time as a full-time mom, I initially turned to Pilates to relieve stress. I quickly fell in love with this practice, starting with one session a week and gradually increasing to five times a week. Eventually, I joined international teacher training programs and embarked on my teaching journey.
With every breath, with every ribcage drop, I not only released physical tension but also learned to return my focus to myself. I became more attuned to my emotions and feelings, accepting them fully. I hope to pass on the healing and strength that Pilates has given me to others.
Each practice session leaves a memory in the body, and even the smallest accumulation stays within, waiting to be awakened.
