I have been a yoga instructor for about 13 years, and due to the nature of my work, I inevitably experienced some occupational injuries. When I started dealing with recurring pain in my body, I realized it was time to adjust my exercise habits. That’s when I began exploring Pilates Reformer. The Reformer helped me alleviate lower back pain and stabilize my hip joints. This experience made me fall in love with the Reformer, and I decided to pursue teaching it!
