I love all kinds of ball sport and used to do lots of sport when I was a child.
Under a long term overtraining, I injured some part of my body and this also effected the quality of my sleep.
This situation was being lasted until I try my first yoga class.
Yoga gradually healed the sport injuries on my body and improved my mental health.
Through yoga practice, I learned how to slow down and experience everything around me.
In 2013, I volunteered for Hope Foundation to share my yoga learning experience and taught my first yoga class.
Because of this experience, I felt inspired to become a yoga instructor.
After taking the RYT200 twice, I became a certified yoga instructor in 2015 and start my yoga career.
