Determined to improve my well-being, I discovered Pilates. From the fundamentals of breathwork to spinal elongation and pelvic alignment, every movement is built upon key principles and core control—this attention to detail is what makes Pilates so captivating.
As I continued my practice, I fell in love with Pilates. Beyond the physical benefits and sense of achievement, I realized that consistent training enhances the brain-body connection.
To deepen my understanding, I pursued the STOTT Pilates instructor training program and began teaching. My goal is to share the transformative power of Pilates with others.
