Having worked as a project planner in the health industry, I deeply understand that cultivating a healthy lifestyle requires a balance of both diet and exercise. Through exploring various types of physical activities, I was captivated by the elegance and beauty of aerial yoga, sparking the beginning of my yoga learning journey.
In the early stages of practicing yoga, I often faced challenges such as insufficient flexibility, poor muscle endurance, and low body awareness. I am grateful for the careful guidance of every teacher during this journey, allowing me to gradually thrive in my practice and become the embodiment of what resonates with my inner self.
Because of yoga, I rediscovered myself, learning to slow down and appreciate the nuances of life amidst the pursuit of speed and efficiency. Yoga has also taught me to respect the diverse facets of life. Through daily yoga practice, I embrace my inner self, accepting every present moment and accumulating positive feedback for my body through the practice. I hope to share these learnings and insights, guiding students into a safe and diverse yoga experience while providing timely support.
As an optimistic and cheerful individual, I enjoy teaching in a relaxed atmosphere. My aim is to bring positive energy to everyone, fostering good exercise habits, and nurturing a joyful and active attitude towards life!
