Hi, I’m Anna! I once struggled with weight gain, insomnia, respiratory issues, and digestive problems due to work and life stress. After discovering exercise, I was able to release both physical and mental stress through the sweat and movement, and that sense of lightness and relaxation was what drew me to fitness. It’s the reason I love sharing and discussing the joy of exercise with those around me, and I’m excited to have you join me in this journey!
Pilates is an integrative form of exercise. It focuses on coordinating movement with breath to activate the deepest layers of muscles, training the stability and strength of the torso. Pilates is based on six key principles: concentration, control, center, breath, flow, and precision, which help the body achieve effective training. It can help improve breathing, strengthen the core, build balanced muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination, and instill a proper mindset toward exercise, leading to both physical and mental relaxation.
