To ensure a better learning experience for you and other members, and to maintain the quality of our online courses, please adhere to the following guidelines during the course:
- Enter the class 5-10 minutes early to settle into a calm state, greet the teacher, and prepare for the session.
- Recording, sharing, or distributing the course content during the class is prohibited.
- Each member has a unique login link; please do not share your personal link with others.
- Please avoid being late, leaving early, chatting, uploading files, or sending messages that may disturb the teacher or other students.
If these rules are violated, Yoga Journey reserves the right to cancel your online course reservation.

Q: What equipment do I need to prepare for the online course?

Q: I haven’t received the notification email with the link to the class 30 minutes before the start of the course, what should I do?
A: The email might have been blocked by the system. Please check your spam or promotions folder.
Q: Will there be a recording of the class available for repeated viewing?
A: Our courses are live interactive sessions, so we do not keep recordings of the classes.
Q: The screen quality is blurry. What should I do?
A: The screen quality depends on your internet speed. We recommend using a good quality Wi-Fi or 5G network for the best viewing experience.
Q: Why am I not getting a response from the teacher even though I have my microphone on during class?
A: The teacher can only hear students if they are wearing headphones. Additionally, please mute your microphone at the beginning of the class to avoid affecting the connection quality.
Q: Why is my screen showing other students instead of the teacher?

Q: Do I have to turn on my video camera or microphone during class?
A: There is no requirement, but if you have your camera on, the teacher can give you real-time feedback on your poses.
Q: Can I join the online course on my phone and project it onto my TV?
A: Yes, you can, but you will need to install a projection app (e.g., Chromecast, Apple TV, ApowerMirror, etc.). Your phone and TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for projection. Please refer to the tutorial for further instructions.
